This style of yoga, known as Restorative Yoga, incorporates elements from Classic Hatha, Sivananda Style, and places a strong emphasis on prioritizing the overall health and physical well-being of the yogi. Through its practice, individuals are guided to engage in regular periods of deep relaxation and immerse themselves in the art of yogic breathing techniques, also known as pranayama. By dedicating time to these calming and rejuvenating practices, Restorative Yoga offers a unique opportunity for individuals to cultivate a deep sense of tranquility and harmony within their body and mind. It serves as a gateway to achieving a profound sense of peace and inner balance, enhancing one's overall well-being in a gentle and nurturing manner.
