Somewhere in Time Farm is located at the top of a mountain in Parksville, NY. Our focus is growing the purest and best tasting vegetables in the healthiest soil by using minimal tillage practices and applying beautiful compost on 2.5 acres without the use of synthetic chemicals or herbicides Thus, we now grow over 36 different types of "the best vegetables" for our family, friends, community, and restaurants in the Catskill Mountains.
